Madison kind of got the shaft on the whole birthday party thing...considering her birthday was in May and her party was the middle of June. Pretty much everyone we know was out of town so we ended up taking her and the boys into town to the mall to play and shop and eat those enormous slices of cheese pizza (which are her favorite). She got to pick out some Hannah Montanna pj's and we took her to the movies to see Kung Fu Panda. Which will probably be the last movie we see there for a while unless Jacob is not with us.
She wanted a Hannah Montanna cake...so this is what she got. I has better visions in my head but decided last minute to still do the cake. Madison and Porter were great helpers and Madi seemed happy enough.

Hello! My girls will love that cake. Funny how much they love Hannah Montana considering they have seen a total of two shows! We love you Madi and can't wait to see you.
Wish we all would have had time for a combo party while you guys were up here. We were both pretty busy though. We'll have to have a cousins party when you come in August. We bought a gift for Maddi hoping we'd see you before you left, but we'll save it for her, as long as Cate doesn't get a hold of it. She kept pointing at it saying my,my,my,my. I finally had to put it in the back of a closet on a tall shelf! Judging by that awesome cake you made, I think we got the right gift! Your cakes are always so awesome!
